Antonis Hadjiroussous, successful business man and representative of the Maronites at the Cypriot parliament (1996 – 2016) leads a life-long struggle for his home village, Kormacit. His contributions to the revival and maintenance of Kormacit range from personally owned tourism facilities like Payt Tel Ruso and Rancho del Vata to decisive participations in the rehabilitation of public spaces like the ethnographical museum.
